Hygiene
Our rooms are cleaned daily as a matter of principle.
All mattresses are covered with a Care-Plus hygiene cover from FFB. The feather pillows are also protected with a hygiene cover. Our duvets are extra light, mostly filled with down. Pillows and blankets are washable at 60 degrees, the Care-Plus covers at 95 degrees.
Allergy-friendly bedding on request.
Several Hepa 13 air filter units in the breakfast room ensure optimal protection of your health.
The rooms and the breakfast room can only be reached via stairs. All rooms are located on the first and second floor.
Our small, family-run house only has stairs and no elevator.
During your stay, a free parking space is available at the Alter Wirt property.
You will find 4 e-charging stations/EVSE up to 22 kW directly at the hotel entrance. Hotel guests who charge via the Wirelane app or Wirelane card do not pay any blocking fees. This allows you to charge your electric vehicle overnight. Further information on the costs can be found under the item Charging Stations/EVSE.

S-Bahn Munich: S8 between Munich Airport and Herrsching
The hotel is 250 meters from the Freisinger Straße bus stop in the direction of Erding.
With the S8 you can reach the Hallbergmoos S-Bahn station in 7 minutes from Munich Airport or in 40 minutes from Munich Central Station.
From the S-Bahn station, bus 698 runs to Freisinger Straße, usually every 20 minutes.
From the Freisinger Straße stop, go to the roundabout on the main street and turn left into the main street towards Erding. After 250 m you will reach our hotel on the left. The 30 meter high maypole, which is located on the Alter Wirt property, will give you orientation.

Would you like to start your vacation in a relaxed way? Then we would be happy to organize a taxi for you. In addition, Uber is available in the area.
We currently do not offer our own shuttle to Munich Airport.
Out of consideration for all guests, pets are not allowed in our house.
Our hotel has been committed to sustainability for many years.
- Since 2008, our warm water has also been heated with 20 m² of solar thermal energy. This saves us 3.325 t of CO₂ emissions per year.
- Since 2010, we have only used green electricity.
- Since 2012, our photovoltaic system has essentially produced the electricity required per year. Here we save about 7.5 t CO₂ emissions per year.
- The e-charging stations have been in operation since 2023.
- The offered goods are in organic quality or regional.
- Since the renovation in 2017, all rooms have been equipped with carpets made of English sheep’s wool. The natural wood furniture was made in 1993 in Upper Bavaria by carpenters, refurbished and redesigned during the renovation.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have other useful things ready for free rental, such as luggage scales, an iron and an ironing board.
A shoe polishing machine is also available, and we offer a laundry service on request.
Restaurant
Enjoy authentic Bavarian cuisine at the Alter Wirt country inn, located directly next to the hotel. The country inn is independently operated by Mrs. Violanda Aliu.
